Transportation

  • Transportation 2022-2023 (Register Here.)

The District offers optional transportation services on a parent-paid (and partially Board-subsidized) basis provided through Alltown Bus Service for the school year. Parents may select one-way transportation or round trip. You will need to complete one form per child.

Transportation Fees for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows:

    • One-way transportation at $510 for the first rider; $470 for each additional rider
    • Round-trip transportation at $875 for the first rider; $825 for each additional rider

Note: One way is limited to providing bus service in the morning only or in the afternoon only (not in combination).
In order to complete routing and ensure we have enough buses and drivers it is important to determine interest in transportation in a timely fashion.  If you are interested in transportation services this year, please sign up by July 15, 2022.  After this date you will be assessed a late fee of $100 for round-trip or $50 for one-way transportation.

Kindergarten students have the option of riding the K-4 school bus to school in the a.m., or to home in the p.m., if they are enrolled in the Stay & Play Program. Use this link to register for Kindergarten Stay & Play.

K-6 grade students who participate in the Right at School before-school care program at Hubbard Woods School, but do not attend Hubbard Woods School, will be provided bus transportation to their home school.

After-school care will be offered at the elementary schools only. No bus transportation will be provided. Skokie students wishing to participate in the after-school program would attend the Crow Island School program.

To secure bus routes please note: REGISTRATION DUE BY JULY 15, 2022.  After this date you will be assessed a late fee of $100 for round-trip or $50 for one-way transportation.
