Title IX complaint managers for District 36

The Board is in the process of adopting an updated policy that implements the 2024 Title IX regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106; 89 Fed. Reg. 33474), effective August 1, 2024. The current policy linked here implements the 2020 Title IX regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106; 85 Fed. Reg. 30026). The District and these policies may be impacted by a court-ordered injunction affecting the 2024 Title IX regulations.
