Painting Our Portrait

Our District’s Portrait of an Educator outlines the unique characteristics, skill sets, and mindsets we strive to foster in every staff member in the District: 
A Relationship Builder, Collaborative, Empathetic, A Learning Designer, A Lifelong Learner, Adaptable and An Advocate.

The District honors staff members who help "Paint Our Portrait" by infusing these competencies into their daily practice. This program is intended for colleagues to celebrate the many day-to-day actions that may otherwise go unseen, but truly exemplify who we strive to be as a school community.
