Strategic Plan - Key Performance Indicator
Lance Gilchrist

The Board and administration identify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently report on important metrics reflecting on how the District is functioning as an organization. KPIs are not goals; instead, they are data points monitored regularly to give an indication of the District’s overall "health" and to highlight areas that may need more attention or resources. Reference this chart for quarterly updates on KPIs for the 2025–2026 school year.
