Strategic Planning is underway. Twenty-five community, parent, and staff focus groups were conducted in February and March.

Input from the focus groups will be used to inform the next phase of data collection, the survey, which will launch in spring 2012. This information will play a vital role in creating The Winnetka Public Schools Strategic Plan, which will guide the work of the District for the next three to five years.

The Strategic Planning Process document was adopted at the December 13, 2011 Board meeting and is updated monthly. Use the links below to view the current version, the first quarter calendar, and the review of literature that was presented at the November 15, 2011 Board meeting.
