The Hubbard Woods PTO involves parents and teachers working together on behalf of the school's children. Volunteers strengthen the school community by working in and outside of the classroom, helping the school run smoothly and raising funds for programs and activities that enrich our children's education. Members of the Executive Board are elected in the spring. Other PTO Members are appointed to their positions in May. Parents interested in volunteering in any capacity at any time are most welcome to do so. PTO committees include the Executive Committee, Art Assistants, Art Smart, Beautification, Box Tops for Education,Book Fair, Buddy Family Coordinator, Central Board PTO Representative, Community Outreach, Cultural Arts, Directory, Environmental, Field Day, Family Awareness, 1st Grade Quilt, 4th Grade Farewell, Gift Wrap, Great Books, Hospitality, Item Editors, Kindergarten Registration, Lost and Found Angels, Lunchroom Helpers, Mayfest, Mighty Acorns, Newcomers, NSSED, Parent-Faculty Party, Picture Day, Programs, Pioneer Room Parent, Publicity, Resource Center, Rinella Luncheon, Safety, School Supply Sale, Social, Teachers' Fun Lunches, Volunteers-at large, Volunteer Center, Wearables, Winnetka Alliance Representative, Winnetka Public Schools Foundation, WGST, World Travelers, Yearbook.
